Nitrogenmuvek a leading producer of high-quality Nitrate fertilizers in Hungary announces the appointment of Gerald Papst as Chief Business Officer for its entire fertilizer and agribusiness.

Gerald holds a PhD in agriculture from the university of Life Science in Vienna and an MBA from the Danube University in Krems, Austria.

Nitrogenmuvek operates an Ammonia plant with a capacity of 1400 tons per day and 3 CAN plants with a capacity of 5100 tons a day complemented by a Urea plant with a capacity of 600 tons per day and an UAN plant. Distribution companies are in place in 10 European countries where beside fertilizer also seeds, pesticides and speciality fertilizers are distributed. A grain trading business has been integrated. All business activities are supported by an own truck fleet of  162 trucks.
