Nitrogenmuvek Zrt. (the “Company”) announced today its appointment of Mazars, the international independent audit, accountancy and advisory firm,
as its independent auditor for periods starting with Nitrogenmuvek’s fiscal year 2019.

Mazars replaces KPMG, which has audited the Company since 8th February 2010, in a routine rotation of external auditors. KPMG delivered an unqualified opinion in respect of the Company’s 2018 audited financials.
